I specialise in EFT and shamanic healing. In my 1:1 work, I can focus on one of these healing modalities, or integrate them within one session.
I am drawn to these modalities because they enable us to heal childhood trauma in the most holistic, non-invasive and impactful way possible.
Even as a long-term practitioner, I am continually surprised with how quickly these techniques can release pain that has been built up over years, and even generations.
Not only do these modalities align with scientific principles of neural conditioning and ongoing research into the emotional roots of disease, but they pay attention to the soul.
In times of profound spiritual crisis, we need this kind of healing.
EFT is a holistic healing modality that uses the technique of ‘tapping’ to release trauma.
While we might forget or repress a traumatic memory, it is still held in our amygdala (the part of the brain that controls our memories and emotions).
EFT allows us to access these memories and release the pain they cause us, via our physical body.
We are all made up of energy, and our physical bodies contain energy lines (known as meridians). These meridian lines connect to various organs in the body, as well as the amygdala in the brain. That’s why recalling past trauma often results in a physical response, as well as an emotional one.
In EFT, we use this interconnectedness to our advantage.
When we tap into these meridian points, we can stimulate emotional responses that you are connecting to particular memories. Then, we rewire those connections so that you can dissociate the memory, from the pain it has caused you.
My clients liken it to recalling a traumatic event from a third-person perspective without it holding any power over you anymore. Relieved from the burden of their past pain, they feel completely free.
Best of all, it’s totally non-invasive. You don’t even need to talk about the trauma in order for it to work.
While it’s best to work with a qualified practitioner if you’re just starting, or dealing with severe shame and trauma, these techniques can also be practised when you’re alone.
Shamanic healing is a fascinating modality with ancient roots.
While contemporary science is only just catching up, shamanism is founded on this premise: We are holistic beings, with bodies, minds and souls. And every part of us is made up of energy.
Our experiences affect this energy, and it is no neutral force. Rather, it is both light and dark, life-affirming and destructive. Trauma creates blockages in our energy, inhibiting the flow of light energy and allowing dark energy to fester and disease us.
And here’s the real mind-bending truth. Not all trauma comes to us in this life.
Many of us are bearing the weight of energy that does not even belong to us, but was born generations prior and embedded in our DNA. A simple way of putting it? None of us come here with a clean slate. But we absolutely can clear these energy blockages in our lifetime.
Shamanic healers do this through locating and extracting any ‘dark’ energy caused by trauma. When we are free from this infection, we’re able to truly heal and experience the flow of positive, light energy once again.
There are two ways I approach healing sessions with my clients:
We can either go into the session having planned to divide your time between EFT and shamanic healing OR as we work together throughout an EFT session, I may suggest that we try shamanic healing techniques to clear any energy blockages that are emerging.
In all circumstances, YOU are absolutely in charge of your session and I will not employ any techniques without asking your permission.
My first priority is ensuring you are comfortable, safe and supported in everything we do together.
EFT sessions are 60 mins in length and can be done either in person or via Zoom or Skype.
If you feel you would like a longer EFT session, we can discuss this during our initial session.
All first time Energy/Shamanic healing sessions are 2-3 hours. There is too much energy to read and process in a single hour so a longer session is a must.
Distance Healings are also available and include a full voice recording of my findings which will be sent to you either via text, WhatsApp, FB messenger or email.
I offer both single and block booking sessions.

Because everyone comes to the healing process from different situations, with different challenges and varying levels of awareness, there is no one-size-fits-all experience.

Instead of prescribing a particular timeframe and applying unnecessary pressure, we work at a pace and intensity that feels good for you.
